Few Models Own nail polish swatches

Your probably fed up of Models Own nail posts, but tough ;)
I thought i'd just show you a couple quick snaps of the polishes i've been wearing in the week

 Excuse my feet ahahah
The first one I wore was Feeling Blue, which I think is one the of my favourites out of the 7 I got! Its just a really nice, super creamy, bright, sky blue colour which I think is going to be right for spring/summer.. but i'm going to wear it regardless of what time of year it is cos its a lovely colour :D

The next one i tried out was Green Tea. This is a funny one.. unlike the other polishes, which come out creamy, this polish comes out sort of 'matte like'... Never the less still a gorgeous green colour (looks less bright in the photo)


All in all, the models own polishes i've tried so far are great! Would reconmend anyone to try these out.. there are lots of reviews and swatches of these varnishes flying about , so you shouldn't be left there worrying wether these are worth the money :)

Do you lilac?

This is just a swatch of the lovely OPI lilac colour,.Do you Lilac?
I wore this yesterday and had so many compliments off people saying how nice the colour was
I'm in love with the OPI polishes i've got.. and i've sort of forgotten about my Models Own.. oops :P
They are just so creamy and easily applied and don't take to long to dry - Which is what I look in a nail polish !

I really need to apply my polish better, and use some hand cream do sort out the dry bits around my nails!
I wore two coats of Do You Lilac? and a top coat.. I also put it on my toes :) but obviously you don't want to see a  gross photo of my feet :P Unless you are some wierd-o with a foot fettish.....

What is your fav OPI polish?

OPI polishes

Today I got two packagesss!! Yay i get so excited when opening them, even though i know exatly whats inside muahah !
I got the things i bought from Teri's blog sale (thankss!!) and my OPI polishes

Here are the opi polishes i got..

I got these from joliebeautystore on ebay, but the day after i purchesed them.. her ebay account got suspended because her photos are a violation of copyright or something..but she told me she's trying to get it back, so hopefully the next time i get payed it'll be up ;P

This is with two coats& a top coat.. I really need to sort my nails out and start taking care of them so they'll grow or i've gotta stop pickin at the sides

They came!

As you all probally know Models Own were having a 50% off everything on their site if you spend over £20. I ordered 7 polishes which came to £17.50 and the nail polishes came through the post this morning! I was so excited to get them.. I got all bold colours that aren't simular to any polishes i have ( not that i have many mind you :P )




3 in 1 base /top coat/gloss, Silver spangle, Pink explosion, Fuzzy Peach, Blue Gem, Feeling Blue & Green tea


I thought i'd show you photos of the bottles indiviually so you can get more of an idea of the colour
& then every so often when i wear the polishes i'll do a post on each colour :)

Silver Spangle
I'm so excited to try this, by looking on the website i thought the glitter would be bigger, but i dont mind as its so packed with glitter!

Pink Explosion
Couldn't get a good photo of this one really, its not as neon as it looks in the photos, and it has the prettiest orange/pink glitter init





Fuzzy Peach
A really pretty pastel peach colour




Blue Gem
Don't understand the name for this one, its not that blue at all. I was actually surprised when i seen it and how purple is what... Still lovely colour :)




Feeling Blue
One of my favourites I think, i tried it on today and the colour is so vibrant and creamy looks amazing !

Green Tea
This photo makes the polish look pastel-y, but its really not.. its like the green on a Brazilian flag

Individual Fake Lashes

A couple of weeks ago, I realised that I had a gap between my lashes on my right eye and it was getting a pain to put mascara on and make them look like they had that much volume without it clumping, so this week I picked up some Eylure Individual Lashes so try to sort the problem out.. and I looooove the look on my lashes now & the gap problem is sorted :)



Here are some before snaps..









After I put the lashes on..
I don't need the length and wanted them to look quite natural so I only used a few short and medium ones.









The next day with a full face of make-up














I really love individual lashes, they give you that extra bit of volume without going overboard with a full set... and if you put them on properly they'll last a good few days ! No one even noticed I had these on so they are quite natural indeed ;)
